He started working at a family restaurant at sixteen and became passionate about spending time in the kitchen. OneSpeed boasts a four-star rating on Yelp and has earned recognition from Pizza Today and the Sacramento News & Review. Pizzas include Margherita, Napoletana, and New Jersey Tomato Pie.
When three friends decided to serve artisan pizza in a nightlife setting, Pizza Rock was born. The restaurant is where locals unwind, and its unique DJ booth is housed in a Peterbilt truck cab. Hours are extended to 3:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and Sundays bring an acoustic brunch from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. The classic American pizzas include Big Kahuna, Old Smokey, and River City Ranch.
