Yoga is a great way to unwind after a long day.
The practice dates back over 5,000 years and can help improve strength and flexibility.

At Solfire, the fun and inspiring classes leave students feeling invigorated, balanced, and transformed. It opened in 2014 after co-founder Ellen Moe wanted to create a welcoming space where yogis could feel comfortable regardless of their age and experience. The instructors are encouraging, and no two classes are the same. Sessions include Basics, Yin, and Power Flow.
Yoga Seed Collective is the city's only nonprofit yoga studio. It aims to unite the community, and its motto is "Inhale. Exhale. Change the World." The instructors have at least 200 hours of training. They each have their own style and bring something different to the studio. There are several classes, including Gentle Beginners. It's based on the Vinyasa style and teaches students to link breath to movement. The poses are held for a short time, as opposed to the more rapid flow of other vinyasa sessions.
The instructors at Zuda offer fun classes as they believe that life should be playful. They offer over 45 classes a week that are set to great music. Founder Anne Marie Kramer majored in Exercise Physiology and has been teaching for 25 years. She opened the studio so people could connect with others while improving their quality of life. Classes include Yin, Power Vinyasa, and Candlelight.
