I loved the place heather was really nice during the tour, the building is very nice scenery is very chill and calm. She explained everything very well and showed us everything that she could. Canβt wait to be able to become a resident.
Havenβt lived there yet but have had very good service with the people that work their. Excited to live their as I am moving out of another student housing
Place is nice. I canβt wait to move in. Iβm super excited. Nice area. I wish there was a regular yet bigger size pool but Iβm ready to start this new adventure!
I had a very good experience in applying for academy 65. He was very informative and helpful through the whole process. I cannot wait to move in this August and start a new journey
I like it here a lot! It is a nice place and close to the university. I like that there is a lot of groceries store, food, and many more near our apartment
Staff has helped me and my girlfriend out of a situation and is really respectful.I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and affordable place
Academy 65 is absolute parking hell. Thereβs no way that the small parking area on the ground level would be able to accommodate even a third of the residence living here and finding a comfortable place to leave your car is nearly impossible. Unless you park at the future resident parking, which is always occupied by the same 4 cars. Forced to either park in the alley or in the 2 hour parking, which leads to parking tickets. The option to park in their parking area is insanely expensive as well and is always taken by people who donβt even deserve the spaces. Other accommodations sound fun but having to constantly work to pay rent doesnβt make it worth it. Staff is sometimes helpful and sometimes not, theyβre doing their best to keep the place clean and maintained. Also there was a period in time where the fire alarms just kept going off because some people just donβt know how to cook. If only something can get done about the parking situation, which honestly isnβt mostly the fault of the staff or other people living here. Yet a new apartment is being built down the street, Wexler, with a very impressive parking structure.
I love the design of the place, but the person who showed me around was ok. Energy was kind of low and awkward. Nothing wrong with that but its was ok. Also, theres some areas they did not have knowledge of their own procedures, which sucks. Was given a round about and a too confident wrong answer.that is why it is ok. love the design of the place though
I have some mixed feelings about here. First off, some of the staff are nice and friendly while others are more confrontational. Along with this, some of the staff just ignores you and your requests. I have had several communications while a resident here in the form of texts, emails, calls, and in person and some staff tell you they will help you and get back to you, but then you never hear back from them. I remember an assistant with dark hair said she'll get back to me on a question I had gone in person to ask, and she never contacted me again. Her name was Sandra, or something with an S, I apologize for not remembering her name. Working off of my two previous points, if you have issues with your roommates, it's a hit or miss response from management. Unfortunately, one of my roommates was employed by Academy65 and when I would bring a concern up with someone else in the office the rules only seemed to apply to me and not to my roommates. While I wasn't allowed to do something, she was allowed to get away with the same thing I was doing (kept some personal items outside of my room but made to keep them inside; she kept her items outside without any reprimand).
Pretty solid experience so far the front office is really friendly and the process was pretty easy I really enjoyed going through the leasing process and it was clear and easy to understand
